This asian salad is delightful during summer time but, however you can eat it any moment of the year it will bring some freshness to your table.
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients: (for 2 people)
- A lettuce (already washed it’s more convenient)
- A crab tin (you can find it eveywhere)
- 30 ml of doubble cream
- 3/4 Lemon (the juice of the lemon)
- Olive oil
Directions:
– Put the lettuce in a bowl
– Then in a separate bowl, mix together the doubble cream, the lemon, the salt and the pepper.
– Beat the previous mixture lightly and add it to lettuce in the other bolw
– When the mixture and the lettuce are mixed you can finally add the crab
– And your salad is ready to be eaten
My advice: avoid serving this salad with meat because it does contain fish you may prefer serving it with vegetables for exaple peas or rice.
